Donn K. Harms is a Registered Patent Attorney and an Adjunct Professor of Patent and Trademark Law at the University of California. Mr. Harms’ office can handle foreign patent and trademark filings as well as those in the U.S., except California, for small businesses and individual inventors to large firms.
